Ancora is committed to honoring veterans through the We Honor Veterans Hospice Partner program. Our team is trained to support veterans with their unique needs at the end of life.
We believe it’s important for veterans and their loved ones to know about the benefits available to them. That’s why we acknowledge our veterans with a special recognition ceremony. Depending on their wishes, it can be a private moment or include family and community in a large celebration. It’s our way of showing respect and gratitude by presenting them with a pin and a certificate that honors their service.
Our goal is to provide comfort and honor their legacy with care that understands their service.
Veteran to Veteran Volunteer Opportunities
At Ancora Hospice, we greatly value the service and sacrifices made by our veterans. Our priority is to deliver exceptional care to those who’ve bravely served our nation in their final days. We understand the special bond veterans share, which is why we encourage fellow veterans to volunteer.
